Projects
The garments I've made, written up honestly: the pattern and fabric I chose, what went well, what went wrong, and what I'd do differently. I'm still learning, so expect mistakes along the way, and more projects as I go.

My First Circle Skirt
The first garment I ever made: a circle skirt in solid stretch cotton, from a pattern bought at my local shop. The skirt went well, the zip didn't, and I've kept the wonky zip as a reminder of how far I've come.

My First Dress
My first dress came after my first circle skirt: the simplest pattern I could find, in a pretty bird-print fabric. The bodice took a lot of fussing to fit, and I learned the hard way why a muslin is worth making.

My First Shirt
My first shirt, in a soft ivory polyester. I was still new and not very confident, so I took my time over every stage and measured everything several times, and to my surprise it went smoothly.
